Our staff provide support to parents in their communities and homes to help them improve the health, safety and wellbeing of their children.
We offer transport for children & young people, this could be for school, outings or just to allow the carer a break.
We offer staff to support children & young people to access & participate in all community opportunities, sporting events, concerts etc.
Providing staff to support children & young people with court approved access. Our staff will provide a written progress report at the conclusion of each access.
Our experienced and trained crisis management team will work alongside your staff to support and stabilise volatile residential environments to assist with supporting children and young people with complex needs. These staff will be supervised and supported by our leadership team who will play an active role in working alongside the team in the home.
Team work is critical, and we care about our team. We train them to handle complex situations, to respond well to behaviours that are driven by trauma. And we make sure everyone gets the support and debriefing they need.
